Admissions: Required Documents

Application & Registration Fee: A completed application (pdf doc: IATCA-ADMISSIONS-APPLICATION) with a non-refundable registration fee of $100 per family is due upon registration, renewable each school year in September. The book fee, for the grade your child is entering, is also due when the application is submitted.

Tuition: Tuition is $150.00 a week per child, if you have two children, it is $140.00 a week per child, if you have three or more children tuition will be $130.00 a week per child. Tuition is due every Monday of every week, from the first day of school in September through the last day of school in June, including Christmas week, vacations, holidays, and absences.

Birth Certificate: All students are required to submit a copy of their birth certificate upon enrolling.

Immunization Record: All students are required by the state of New Jersey to present a copy of their immunization record including a shot for influenza (flu shot) upon enrolling.

Medical Record Form (Universal and Physical Exam Form: Medical Record forms can be downloaded and printed or picked up in the Main Office of the school. This form must be signed by a doctor.

Transcripts: Completed transcripts including report cards, progress reports, and standardized test scores from the previous year must be submitted for students in grades K5-7th grade.

Honor Pledge: All students in grades 1-7 and their parents must sign the Honor Pledge stating that the students will follow the rules accordingly.

Parent Contract: All parents must sign the Parent Contract document stating that they have received the parent/student handbook, agree to pay all fees in a timely manner, and will cooperate with all school rules.
